Inc. Certified Under AFIA’s Safe Feed/Safe Food Program

is proud to announce that we have obtained certification under the AFIA
Safe Feed/Safe Food program.
The AFIA (American Feed Industry Association) Safe Feed/Safe Food
Program was created to demonstrate and ensure continuous improvement in
the delivery of a safe and wholesome feed supply for the growth and care
of animals. By participating in the program, Form-A-Feed demonstrates
our pledge to food safety and enhancing consumer confidence in the
products we provide.
All products manufactured in our Stewart, MN location will be produced
under the guidelines outlined by the AFIA Safe Feed/Safe Food program.
Products manufactured under the guidelines will bear the official
program seal.

Form-A-Feed, Inc. in Stewart, MN holds valid
certifications under the
American Feed Industry Association’s Safe Feed/Safe Food Certification
Program.
